Read It In Hebrew

Learn to read Hebrew in five weeks, no experience necessary.

"Read it in Hebrew" is a flashcard-based crash course that takes you from the alphabet to reading full words, one letter at a time. The first two lessons cover the Hebrew letters, the final three introduce vowels and put it all together so you're reading real words and prayers.

Each letter comes with a memorable mnemonic to help it stick, using a teaching method that's been passed down for generations. Along the way, you'll also pick up a bit of the deeper meaning behind the letters themselves, including a taste of their kabbalistic significance.

This course is open to the public and built for every level, including people with zero background in Hebrew or Jewish learning.
